MEDITATION (30, 45 or 60 min)

In this session we explore how to develop a different relationship with your thoughts and emotions through the practice of meditation.  We discuss the types of experiences you can expect and what they mean as well as understand the many benefits of cultivating a meditation practice. This session, begins by getting comfortable in the body followed by basic breathing and mindfulness exercises, finishing with a silent mantra meditation practice. Participants can expect to feel refreshed and energized after this session, ready to continue their day with a calm and clear mind. All levels.

BREATHWORK (60 MIN)

virtual or in-person

During this session we work with a powerful breathing technique, done while lying down to tone the nervous system and reduce stress, anxiety and inflammation as well as improve resilience and strengthen immunity. The aim is to dissolve tension in the body and push out any stuck energies, suppressed emotions, fatigue, brain fog and confusion. You can expect to leave feeling peaceful, clear headed, centered and deeply relaxed.

STAY CONNECTED: TEAM BUILDING (1/2 DAY)

This workshop is great for team building  and creating a good work environment. The session begins with exercises to ease stress and quiet the mind followed by exploring emotional intelligence and the common traps we can fall into that are the cause of confusion and stress. We conclude by offering powerful tools that can be used to stay in a connected state, where communication and creativity are enhanced. This workshop is inspiring, interactive, and fun, offering participants applicable tools they can apply to their daily lives resulting in a stress-free, harmonious, joyful, productive and thriving workplace.
